Balloons
Yes. All balloons are filled with helium so they can float.
Tested indoor in an air-conditioned room ~ 20 Celcius)
Latex balloons:-
12″ – 12-15 hours
12″ confetti – 6-9 hours
18″ – 15-20 hours
36″ – 1-3 days
36″ confetti – 1-2 days
Foil balloons:-
18″ & 20″ – 7-14 days
34″ & 40″ – 7-18 days
XL – 7-21 days
Orbz & Cubez – 7-21 days
Bubble transparent balloons:-
18″ – 1 day
24″ & 36″ – 1 day
Float times is affected by many factors ie latex quality, humidity, temperature, altitude, etc.
We only use tested quality latex balloons to get longer floating duration.
Please do not leave the balloons under hot sun, in a hot car or trunk as it will reduce the floating duration.
Balloons with confetti & tassel will have shorter float time.
Foil balloons are also not suitable for outdoor usage.
When helium-filled foil balloons are taken into the cold, they will temporarily deflate and will re-inflate again when warm.
We will not be held liable for any under-performance if not handled correctly.
Latex balloons can become covered with a velvet finish when atmospheric conditions change, such as in high humidity, in high ozone or when exposed to sunlight. This velvet finish is the result of oxidation, the first step in the bio-degradation (or natural breakdown) of the natural latex.
Helium is a non-flammable and non-explosive gas. Helium is an inert gas, which means that it is very stable and not very reactive.
Balloons filled with helium will not explode.
Sometimes, for no apparent reason, balloons burst. Bursting may be caused by static electricity due to changing weather conditions, or may occur under extreme heat, rapid weather changes, or caught by something sharp.
We use high quality biodegradable latex balloons and take every precaution to minimise the risk of breakage however, due to general nature of balloons, your balloons may still be subject to popping and fogging
Ordering & Payment
Upon successful payment, an email confirmation will be send to your email indicating your order details for your reference.
Please confirm your order as early as possible when you are ready, latest by 3pm for same-day delivery.
Orders received by 3pm cut-off time will be sent out within 4pm – 7pm on the same-day.
Do note that we only take in orders via our website which is fast, easy & simple to use.

Once order is confirmed, there would not be any refunds for cancellation.
However, we understand there might be unforeseen circumstances.
So, we would be able to store your purchase amount as store credits for your future purchases.

Order amount below RM 350: Rm19 flat rate for areas within 25km in Klang Valley.
Order amount above RM 350: Free Delivery for areas within 25km in Klang Valley.
We use reliable car delivery partners ( LalaMove / GoGet / MrSpeedy ) for delivery within your selected delivery time slot.
For same day delivery,
Order time : Latest by 3pm.
Delivery time slot : At least 3 hours after your order time.
Example :
Order Time : 10am
Delivery Time Slot : 12pm-3pm / onwards
If earlier time slot is chosen, we have the rights to amend to the next available one without prior notice.
For orders that came in after 3pm, we may not be able to proceed with it due to dispatch service availability.
Do note that once order is confirmed, there would not be any refunds for orders cancellation.
However we understand there might be unforeseen circumstances.
So, we would be able to store your purchase amount as store credits for your future purchases
Not available during MCO until further notice.
If you have a specific timing for delivery, please contact us before placing your order.
We deliver between 9am – 8pm.
For orders that require to be delivered before 9am or after 8pm,
there will be an additional charge of RM15 on top of the regular delivery fee of RM19.
